Job
The role of the Senior Solutions Consultant is to ensure successful delivery of projects to Everteam Customers. The role combines relationship management, project management and business and requirements analysis.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have more than seven years dirTect experience in managing the delivery of services to large enterprise software customers. The role is not a deeply technical role, but requires the ability to translate customer requirements into configuration specifications. The right candidate will have a strong aptitude and proven ability to understand and communicate how a software solution works and is implemented.
Most likely, the right candidate will come from a pre-sales, solutions engineering or professional services background. Experience in records management, information governance, document management, process management and/or enterprise archiving would be a significant advantage.
